Is MDDCare currently free for clinics?
Yes. Every clinic joins on the Free plan, and during our launch period you can activate Paid features from your clinic dashboard at no cost and without a credit card. We haven’t set an end date yet, and we’ll notify clinics well before any paid plans take effect.
What features are included in the free plan?
The Free plan includes your clinic listing, contact details, hours and insurance, clinic profile management, appointment requests and patient-facing discovery across MDDCare, with a Claimed Clinic badge. Services, provider profiles, care tiles, patient resources and Google reviews are part of the Paid plan, which you can activate for free during launch.
How do the paid plans work?
Paid adds services, provider profiles, care tiles, patient resources, Google reviews, a Verified Clinic badge and priority placement in search results. During launch, activate it with one click from your clinic dashboard at no cost. Organization adds multi-location management and organization-level support. Prices shown are indicative and may change before paid plans launch.
Will I have to pay later?
Nothing is charged automatically, and no credit card is collected during launch. If paid plans are introduced, existing clinics will be notified in advance of any changes so you can decide what’s right for your clinic.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. The Organization plan is designed for groups with multiple locations, with centralized profiles and organization-level support. During launch, you can list all of your locations for free.
How is the per-location pricing calculated?
Organization pricing is indicative at $199 per month for the organization plus $49 per location per month once paid plans launch. During launch, every location is free and only the $199 organization fee applies. Use the estimator above to see an example for your network. Larger networks can talk to us about custom pricing.
Do you offer custom solutions for larger organizations?
Yes. We work with behavioral health organizations, health systems, and multi-location groups on integrations, reporting, and other requirements beyond standard listings. Tell us what you need and we’ll follow up.
