In my work as a psychiatrist and a therapist I have tried to help my patients. While there is a role for medication management, therapy can help patients to both understand the context in which their symptoms arise, and to learn useful coping strategies. I am double boarded in child/adolescent and adult Psychiatry and am open to seeing patients for a consultation. I also offer 2nd opinion consultations and upon request, take on a limited number of medication management only cases where patients are already connected with their own therapist.
