FJ Psychological Services – McHenry, IL

FJ Psychological Services delivers comprehensive, integrative care across the lifespan, combining mental health, medical, and wellness services under one roof. We provide psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, autism and ADHD assessments, and trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families—available both in-person and via telehealth across PSYPACT states. Our medical team offers Spravato (esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression, and we are actively expanding into primary care services to support whole-person health. As a training site, we supervise master’s-level social workers and professional counselors, as well as doctoral practicum students, equipping future clinicians with real-world, evidence-based experience. Additionally, we offer lash services and are growing our aesthetics division, integrating wellness and self-care to promote confidence and healing from the inside out.
