Dr James V Kirby is a Board Certified psychiatrist who has been practicing medicine for over 33 years. After serving in the United States Navy for ten years as a psychiatrist, he worked in private practice and public mental health. For the past 13 years, he has provided inpatient care at Kootenai Health, where he also served as the medical director of psychiatric services for over five years.
