At Providence Psychiatry Clinic – East, our psychiatric specialists and mental health therapists assess, diagnose and treat adults with psychiatric conditions. We work with our patients to develop a personalized care plan that best suits their needs. We know our patients may feel fragile when they come to us. That’s why we offer compassionate care and understanding in a healing environment. Our goal is to support patients so they can return to their primary care team for ongoing care. Care plans may include medication management, therapy or transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). We treat adults who need psychiatric care but don't need to be seen more than once a week. We also assess patients for placement in a more appropriate level of care. We do not treat patients who need intensive outpatient services or long-term mental health care. In addition, we do not provide treatment for children, chemical dependency and eating disorders. We now offer Spravato, a treatment that can help adult patients who have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder. Patients considered candidates for this therapy are those who have not benefited from standard medications or talk therapy (psychotherapy).
