    We offer an individualized approach to treating severe depression that will include recommendations on sleep hygiene, dietary changes and lifestyle changes. We work with your current psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner and primary care physician to help you fully benefit from TMS. Treatment of anxiety can also be done in conjunction with TMS for major depression by adding right sided treatment to suppress excessive brain synaptic activity that contributes to anxiety symptoms. We are very excited to offer Spravato at our offices. For some patients, Spravato can also be used in conjunction with TMS. TMS can also be used to address anxiety associated with depression and the combination often leads to longer lasting effects. We strive to get our patients into full remission from depression.
