The TFH Behavioral Health team strives to improve the connection between behaviors and the health and well-being of the body, mind and spirit. Trinity Family Health began providing health care to the community of Corbin in 2018. Since then, we have expanded to offer other services such as counseling, case management, and psychiatric mental health treatment. Although we have grown, our clinic provides the same individualized and attuned care that we always have. We take great pride in providing our community with high-quality, patient-centric care and health education.
