Center Associates is a Community Mental Health Center transforming mental illness to mental wellness. The Center providers are psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors, and nurse practitioners. We see children and adults of all ages for counseling , and offer psychiatric medication management for individuals ages 5 and above. The Center exists to provide high quality and comprehensive mental health services to the people of Marshall and Hardin Counties in order to enhance the lives of individuals and families. We are offering Spravato for the treatment-resistant depression (TRD).
