The Chrisman Clinic is one of Horizon Health's two satellite health clinics. We provide a variety of services from wellness exams and immunizations to medication management and treatment for minor illnesses. We treat mental health conditions in all age groups, including conditions such as ADHD, obesity and/or eating disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and behavioral issues. We also treat substance use disorder and prescribes medication-assisted treatment. The clinic is open for appointments Monday through Friday.
