He is board certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah and completed a psychiatry residency at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Belnap is married and has 3 sons. When not at work, he enjoys playing golf and strumming the ukulele.
